By exercising for just an extra 23 minutes a day, you’re helping to share the magic of reading with thousands of children.

How It Works:

• Choose your activity: run, walk, hop, wheel – whatever suits you!

• Exercise for an extra 12 hours in a month (or 23 minutes a day)

• Share your progress and spread the word using #StrideForStories

Your £10 registration fee helps cover your fundraising materials and ensures more of the money you raise goes directly to helping children discover the joy of books.
