We’re excited to bring you the third edition of the Hemel Hempstead 5K & 10K, welcoming runners of all abilities for a brilliant day of town-centre racing. Whether it’s your first ever event or your 50th, this chip-timed race delivers a fun challenge on fully road-closed routes through the heart of Hemel Hempstead.

Starting and finishing at Riverside Shopping Centre, you’ll run an undulating course that takes in the pedestrianised town centre and the High Street, with a great local atmosphere as you head towards the finish.
