YMCA Worcestershire

Here for young people, here for communities, here for you since 1869.

YMCA Worcestershire is committed to an inclusive future where everyone can reach their potential — guided by our values of integrity, compassion, quality, and transformative impact. We support children, young people, families, and communities across the county, helping them build brighter, more independent futures.

From nurturing over 250 children in our three nurseries, to engaging more than 2,000 young people each year through mentoring, life skills, and youth clubs, we’re there at the moments that matter most.

We provide supported and affordable housing, giving residents the skills and confidence to live independently and feel part of their community.

Our work extends into the justice system too. Through our Bridge Family Project at HMP Hewell, we help parents in prison stay connected with their children and support families affected by imprisonment — creating stronger bonds and lasting positive change.

Guided by our values, we strive to create safer homes, stronger families, and a more inclusive Worcestershire.
