The Kids Network believes that every child deserves a happy childhood and a positive future.
Since 2017 we have addressed a critical gap in early intervention mental health support for little Londoners, providing a year-long programme of one-to-one mentoring for children aged 8-11 facing significant adversity. We are the only London charity delivering volunteer mentoring for primary-aged children.
Children are paired with trained adult mentors for child-led mentoring, providing weekly opportunities for fun, connection, and new experiences that are proven to improve children’s mental health, wellbeing, confidence and resilience. Since 2017, we’ve reached over 1,000 little Londoners and partnered with more than 50 primary schools across nine London boroughs.
