The Childhood Cancer Charity

Running to give every child a future free of childhood cancer

Every day at least 12 children are diagnosed with cancer in the UK, and of the 4,500 children diagnosed every year, almost a 1000 do not survive this awful disease, making it the most common cause of death for children under the age of 15.

Despite the vast funds poured into cancer research each year, research dedicated to childhood cancer currently makes up only 2% over the overall funding further reducing the chance for children to survive the rarest forms of childhood cancer.
