Survivor Space Oxfordshire
We are dedicated to helping survivors of sexual violence trauma heal in a way that's right for them.
Survivor Space Oxfordshire is an innovative charity dedicated to helping survivors of sexual violence trauma rebuild hopeful lives, and to heal from their experiences in a way that works for them.
Based in Oxfordshire, we provide trauma-informed support tailored to each person’s needs, with a focus on dignity, choice and empowerment. All of our services are free to those that need them and include confidential counselling, one-to-one support, and practical resources designed to reduce isolation and promote resilience. We also offer innovative peer support groups (such as our boxing and weight-lifting Survivor Strength programme) along with creative and wellbeing activities. Our approach centres on listening first, validating every experience, and walking alongside survivors as they reclaim control over their recovery journey.
We support all genders and welcome people of all backgrounds who have faced sexual violence, of any kind, at any point in their life. Our trained professionals and experienced volunteers work to create safe spaces where trust can grow and healing can begin. By connecting survivors with community networks and practical assistance, Survivor Space aims to reduce stigma and promote lasting wellbeing.
Your support helps ensure our free and accessible, trauma-informed services are available for anyone who needs it in our county. Together we build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures for survivors and communities across Oxfordshire, and beyond.
