Saigon Children’s Charity CIO (saigonchildren) was founded in 1992 to help disadvantaged children get an education and a fairer start in life. Saigonchildren works exclusively across the whole of Vietnam to overcome barriers to education for children, including poverty, geography, knowledge and disability.
Saigonchildren received the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of Vietnam on 19th October, 2018 in recognition of 26 years of dedicated work to remove barriers to education and drive economic development in Vietnam.
Our accounts are audited each year by KPMG and published with the Annual Report on the UK Charity Commission website.
Saigonchildren operates across Vietnam, with four core programmes: building schools and improving the school environment, scholarships for child development, vocational and skills training, and special needs education.
