Refugees at Home

Any of us could be refugees, in different circumstances.  Refugees at Home connects people with a spare room to refugees and asylum seekers in need of somewhere to stay. 

Since we started in 2016, we’ve provided over 750,000 nights of safe accommodation to vulnerable people across the UK. People who may otherwise end up sleeping on park benches, night buses, or worse – often after escaping life-threatening situations in the country they were born in.

Demand for our work has never been greater, with increasing numbers of refugees facing homelessness and destitution. The funds you raise will help give more refugeees safe and welcoming temporary accommodation, by finding more volunteer hosts, conducting home visits and assessments, and provide support for both hosts and guests.
