The pain of hearing that your child will die young is unimaginable for most of us, but for the families we support, it is the heart-breaking reality that they face.

Sadly, too many families are suffering through their child’s short life, and they’re suffering alone.

When a family hears the news that their child will die young their whole world is turned upside down. They suddenly have to navigate a maze of medical and social services and many parents will need to give up their job to care for their child full-time. It’s overwhelmingly scary and can leave a family feeling isolated, alone and stressed – all they want to do is to spend time with the child they love so dearly.
