Holding On Letting Go supports children, young people, and their families across Kent and South-East London after the death of someone close to them.
Our free services include our signature children’s bereavement weekends, telephone and video support and one-to-one sessions, as well as parent support groups, and bereavement cafés which are offered post referral.
