As a charity that receives no government funding, Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) relies on the support of our fundraisers who take part in events for CRY. By taking part in a running event for the charity you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions. CRY has many ambitious projects and your fundraising will help continue our efforts.
Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) aims to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and providing appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young.
If you choose to run for CRY we would be pleased to provide you with a sponsor’s pack including a CRY top, sponsor forms and other goodies to help with your efforts.
