AWARE NI is Northern Ireland's leading mental health charity, supporting local people living with depression, anxiety and Bipolar disorder. We provide free mental health Support Groups, without waiting lists or the need for a GP Referral, and we provide wellbeing and mental health education and support sessions and workshops to businesses, school and communities across NI.
