Starting at Queen Elizabeth Country Park, which is a large country park situated on the South Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is conveniently located on the A3 south of Petersfield, Hampshire.
This amazing trail run has it all, spectacular tree lined trails, magnificent views and sturdy trails which are a pleasure to run on. The route starts and finishes in QECP exploring its hard packed off-road trail network.
Head out of the park where you'll enjoy running through the ancient woodland at ‘Head Down’ before reaching the iconic South Downs Way. From here both routes loop back to the park via the famous local trail called the ‘Milky Way’.
Back in the Park all 3 routes combine together to explore ‘War Down’ which boasts weatherproof, tree lined gravel tracks. You will get a real sense of being at one with Nature and allowing your mind to wonder whilst your legs clock up the kilometers.
What better place to experience trail running than with a course that allows you to experience multiple terrains and overloads your senses with such a variety of incredible views.
Regardless of experience or ability, we actively encourage new runners to our events and have 3 route lengths to choose from.
At the finish line you will receive a well-deserved high-quality metal medal, finisher’s gift and refreshing drink!

The Tuberous Sclerosis Association (TSA) is the only UK charity focused on improving the lives of people affected by the rare genetic disorder Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC). Founded in 1977, the TSA’s mission is ‘To provide help for today and a cure for tomorrow’. We do this by:
Providing support and information to the TSC community, including the UK-wide TSA Support Line
Organising events and opportunities for the TSC community, allowing people affected by TSC to come together, learn and feel less alone
Funding internationally-significant research into all aspects of TSC, with research focused on what will have the greatest impact on life with TSC
Working closely with clinicians and other professionals focused on improving the lives of people affected by TSC
Campaigning on behalf of the TSC community to ensure consistent and meaningful access to health and social care provision
Thanks to the TSA, no-one affected by TSC should ever feel alone.
