The CDF 10K takes runners on a sightseeing tour of the city, with highlights including Cardiff Castle, Central Square and the Principality Stadium.

1 – Be a fundraising hospice hero today! The Friends need to raise over £2,500 each day to maintain their much-needed support to the Wisdom Hospice. Please help make a difference to hospice patients and their loved ones living within our community who are faced with living with the challenge effect of life limiting illness.
