Suffolk Mind are an independent charity whose mission is to make Suffolk the best place in the world to talk about and take care of mental health. We work across the mental health continuum from wellbeing to ‘severe and enduring’ mental ill-health, providing support and information for everyone.
Your support could enable us to fund counselling sessions for people in need, offer dedicated and specialist support groups such as our Green Care allotment project, continue to provide our free-to-access The Mental Health Toolkit: The Essentials training for anyone who chooses to attend, or enable schools to experience mental health training.
