Ingredients
1 ripe mango
1 pomegranate
1 banana
1 punnet strawberries
1 apple
2 tablespoons 0% fat greek yoghurt
Drizzle runny honey
Method
Peel the mango and cut into strips, discarding the pip
Cut the pomegranate in half and hit the top with a spoon to shake out the seeds
Slice in the banana, apple and strawberries
Spoon over the greek yoghurt, and add a drizzle of runny honey for a final flourish
