Fresh Fruit Salad with Greek Yoghurt

Fresh fruit can satisfy your sweet craving and is the perfect dessert to any main meal. 0% fat greek yoghurt is a great way to add extra protein with no fat, you'll never miss cream again! Mix your fruit colours up to maximise the antioxidant benefits. Use these fruits as a guide, but experiment and find which ones you like best.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 banana
  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons 0% fat greek yoghurt
  • Drizzle runny honey
  • Method

  • Peel the mango and cut into strips, discarding the pip
  • Cut the pomegranate in half and hit the top with a spoon to shake out the seeds
  • Slice in the banana, apple and strawberries
  • Spoon over the greek yoghurt, and add a drizzle of runny honey for a final flourish
