We know that for many women, getting a job is a lifeline. Our service exists to ensure every woman can escape the cycle of poverty, gain financial stability and transform their lives.
Smart Works provides clothes and coaching to help restore a woman’s confidence. Our service is carefully designed, with kindness and respect at the heart of everything we do. It is about much more than the clothes she is gifted: it is about what the clothes allow each woman to become. When she looks in the mirror, she begins to see hope and possibility for a better future.
Across the UK, women are referred to our centres from other charities, organisations, and job centres ahead of their interview. We are proud that 72% of our clients get the job within one month of their appointment with us.
