Shout Volunteers have taken more than 1.5 million conversations with children, young people and adults who were anxious, depressed, suicidal or overwhelmed and needed urgent help. They listen without judgement and take texters from a place of distress to a calmer moment, empowering them to take their next steps to feeling better.
