About the race

As you prepare to start this incredible race in the Olympic stadium, you can't help but feel engrossed in the history of this great race. With 10,000 plus runners and a very busy stadium full of cheering supporters, you can understand why this marathon has such a good name with runners. As a charity runner you are made to feel very welcomed and it is incredible to see the mix of nationalities that are all there keen to raise money and run a fast marathon time.
