‘The Multiple System Atrophy Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialist support to all those affected by MSA; a life-limiting neurodegenerative brain disease with no known cure. We provide MSA nurses, a telephone helpline and regional support groups. We also fund research into both a cause and cure.
