Mary Frances Trust (MFT) is a mental health and emotional wellbeing charity in Surrey. Set up in 1994, we offer a variety of face-to-face and online services to adults (16+) who would like to restore and/or maintain their mental and emotional wellbeing. Anyone with a Surrey GP can self-refer for our FREE support (this could be art, yoga, football, gardening, book club, learning how to be resilient or how to regain your self-confidence).
