Through the disused Great Central railway and the closed town and country roads of Britain’s railway centre, this is the half marathon you can’t afford to miss.

One in two people will develop some form of cancer in their lifetime. Our Mobile Cancer Care Units help patients to fit their treatment in to their lives, not the other way round.
