The CDF 10K takes runners on a sightseeing tour of the city, with highlights including Cardiff Castle, Central Square and the Principality Stadium.

One in two people will develop some form of cancer in their lifetime. Hope for Tomorrow have made it our mission to make a difference to the way that their treatment is delivered; giving the gift of time to patients so they can spend it wisely, with those that they love. Our Mobile Cancer Care Units help patients to fit their treatment in to their lives, not the other way round.
