First Steps ED works across the UK, providing care and support for children and their families, young people and adults affected by eating difficulties and disorders. Through counselling, workshops, befriending and peer support. We provide hope, opportunities and choices to people of all ages, genders and backgrounds. We are award winning , quality assured and the lead evidence based eating disorder charity in the UK.
