Cocoon - Care After Care provides financial and practical support to care-experienced young people in the London Boroughs of Hounslow, Kingston and Richmond.  
 
We focus on helping care leavers set up their home with essentials from furniture to flooring, access training and support, and signpost and support with access to other relevant organisations.  
 
We also host an annual Christmas Day event for more than 50 care leavers, which above all else, promotes a sense of belonging in the local community.
