The Porthcawl 10K takes place in the seaside town known for its surf, sports and coastal walks. Known for shining under the summer sun, Porthcawl gives us the perfect setting for a new 10K, taking in stunning seaside spots and historic landmarks.
Coach Core improves the life-chances of disadvantaged young people aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment or training. Through sports apprenticeships they can access the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to unlock meaningful education and employment opportunities whilst also positively working with communities in real need of sports provision, thereby getting literally thousands of other young people across the UK physically active. The pandemic has highlighted the importance of activity for physical and mental wellbeing. Coach Core programmes have never been more needed.
