We want people to complete a 5k challenge, this could be running, walking, cycling, swimming, it is entirely up to you, as long you complete 5k (3 mile) during the month of December.

You can complete your challenge anywhere you wish, alone or as a group:

In your house – using the stairs, a treadmill, rowing machine or cycling machine
In your local park, leisure centre, or playing field – create your own track, routine or one-off event with friends and family
Join an existing event – fun run, park run, walk, ramble, swimming and cycling event

The main thing is, we want you to have fun!

We would really like to receive plenty of photos taken completing the challenge so that we can say a big thank you and flood social media with the term ‘aphasia.’

There will be a prizes for the best dressed Santa or Santas in a group and the most imaginative challenge (Just send us photos)

Anyone who raises over £150 will receive a Santa Challenge Medal
