RunThrough are excited to return to the incredible Regent’s Park; one of London’s Royal Parks situated in North-West London. Regent’s Park is home to ZSL London Zoo; you may even catch a glance of some animals along the way! The flat nature of the course offers a great opportunity for a chip timed personal best!
Each kilometre is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish.

Despite affecting up to 1 in 20 people in the UK, understanding of how they can affect both our physical and psychological wellbeing is low. So we work to raise awareness of thyroid disorders to ensure people recognise symptoms and seek prompt medical treatment.
