Who Cares? Scotland is Scotland’s only national independent membership organisation for Care Experienced people. Through its membership it connects with over 3,000 Care Experienced people to build a community and provide a sense of belonging.
Using the voice of its members, Who Cares? Scotland influences change and creates opportunities for people with lived experience of care to influence policy makers, leaders, and elected representatives locally and nationally to shape legislation, policy and practice.
Ensuring Care Experienced children and young people have a say on the decisions made about them, we provide individual relationship based independent advocacy and a range of connection and participation opportunities for Care Experienced people across Scotland.
