We work, often with partner charities or other organisations, to recognise talent and commitment and match it with programmes of funding, training, and mentoring, usually in sport, adventure, or the arts. The exact nature of the programme is less important than the lasting impact we and the young person believe it will have on them. Our goal is to ensure that personal circumstances are not a barrier to the fulfilment of potential.
