The Great West Run takes an exciting 13.1 miles route through the heart of Exeter. This half marathon has it all; a journey through the city centre, followed by pretty country lanes and stunning views across Exeter and a fantastic stadium finish.

Thanks to your incredible support, we are able to fund a wide range of projects across our hospitals that make a real difference to staff and patients. We do this by giving grants and raising funds to improve facilities at St George’s and the communities which use it.
