We raise funds to invest in world-class research that is on the cusp of turning the most promising scientific discoveries into new treatments, diagnostics, or devices for people with sight-threatening conditions. From amblyopia in young children to age-related macular degeneration, we fund world-class research into eye disease affecting children or adults. In the UK today, some 2 million people are living with a degree of sight loss that has a significant impact on their daily lives. Without new treatments for blinding conditions, this number is predicted to double by 2050. With your help, we can turn science into sight."
