Flint House Big Step Challenge

Flint House Big Step Challenge

1st July 2023 ‐ 31st July 2023

Get your step on this July and raise money for Flint House Police Rehabilitation - that way we can continue offering world class physical rehabilitation and mental health support to serving and retired police officers.

Did you know that your donation of £50 can pay for a 30 minute physiotherapy session at Flint House; and £500 pays for one patient’s physiotherapy for their whole stay with us. By taking part in this challenge and helping us raise funds your contribution means every £3,000 raised is another patient’s whole stay paid for.

In addition, the benefits of walking 10,000 steps a day include improved cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure, better blood sugar control, and reduced inflammation. Walking also helps to strengthen bones and muscles, and can improve mental health by reducing stress and improving sleep quality.

Why are we asking for donations? Flint House is a charity, funded by donations from those in the police service and their families. It is with these generous donations that we help and heal over 3,200 serving and retired police officers each year, providing physical rehabilitation and mental health support.
