Ingredients (serves 2)
1 skinless chicken breast or 4 skinless chicken thigh fillets
1 desert spoon full of tikka paste
1 desert spoon full of 0% fat greek yoghurt
Small handful fresh coriander
1 clove garlic
1 small piece of ginger
Salad to serve
Method
First cut the chicken into long strips
Mix the tikka paste, yoghurt, and finely grated ginger and garlic
Marinade the chicken for as long as possible in the past
