Come and join us on International Womens Day, Saturday 8th March 2025 and run, walk or jog a 5k or 10k around the inspirational Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

On any given day, Refuge supports 7,000 women, children and men. Since the start of lockdown, Refuge’s National Domestic Abuse Helpline and associated services have seen an on average increase of 61% of calls and contacts logged - a huge upsurge in activity – and we don’t expect that to change in the weeks and months to come. This is why your support is vital in ensuring Refuge can provide services to those who have experienced domestic abuse.
