Charity places are at the cost of the charity, and minimum sponsorship targets ensure we don’t lose out on our investment and we’re able to raise funds to transform the lives of autistic people.
We ask charity place runners to raise a minimum of 75% of their pledged minimum sponsorship by the event date, with the remaining fundraising due 2 months after the event day. We have the right to cancel a charity place before the event withdrawal deadline if we feel the runner will not fulfil our minimum fundraising sponsorship.
Unfortunately, Gift Aid is not included in your sponsorship target and neither is your registration fee. The registration fees for charity places are non-refundable and non-transferrable. They cannot be transferred to someone else or deferred to the following year, unless it’s due to exceptional circumstances – please discuss further with our team.
