Join us for another spectacular running celebration in the heart of Manchester with the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run. The AJ Bell Great Manchester Run is the city’s original and best-loved running event – over 99% of runners say they’d recommend it to a friend. And in true Mancunian style, it’s a party from start to finish, with a high-energy soundtrack, live music and entertainment zones at every turn – plus, some of the loudest and most enthusiastic local support we’ve seen anywhere in the UK. However, it’s also a testament to the strength and generous spirit of this incredible city, with thousands of charity runners taking on the challenge of a 10k or half marathon each year to raise millions for charity.

Great Manchester Run Half Marathon

MCH Charity fundraises to enhance the excellent work of Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and to support our community. We grant funds which pay for things considered over and above basic NHS provision and which improve care and experience for patients and support staff wellbeing. Our funds help to provide state-of-the-art equipment, new facilities, art and all the added extras that make people’s experience at our hospitals and in our community services the best it can be. We couldn’t do any of this without the support of amazing people like you who choose to raise funds for their local NHS services. Taking on a physical challenge is the perfect way to help us to continue our work and we look forward to supporting you throughout your fundraising journey.
