Our Asda Foundation Hull 10K, now in its ninth year, showcases the very best this East Riding city has to offer. The event has steadily grown in popularity and last year’s event attracted a record entry of over 5,000 people and another huge field is expected this year. This is a waterfront 10K which takes in the best this maritime city has to offer. Runners journey past the stunning marina and through the ancient old town.

At Hull and East Yorkshire Mind, we won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
With services available for both adults and children, we support people to improve their mental health, and help them to recover and stay well.
As well as being a charity, we are also a housing association, giving local people a safe and comfortable environment to improve their mental health and achieve independence.
Whether you are a new runner setting yourself a challenge, looking for something a bit different or just want to be a part of the team helping us to continue our support; we would love for you to join us. All money raised really does help us to be there for the 1 in 4 of us who experience poor mental health every single year.
