The Palace Half course is very flat but oh so picturesque. The half marathon starts and finishes inside historical Hampton Court Palace. This epic event allows you not only to run a half marathon for charity, but it also gives you entry into one of the UK's best historical attractions.

With approximately 44% of our income coming from the NHS, we rely on the generosity of our community to contribute towards the £6 million it costs each year to provide our services. As we approach our 40th birthday year in 2022, we hope to be able to secure the future of our care for the next 40 years and beyond thanks to the kindness of our supporters.
