Returning with an exciting new and improved city centre route, this year's Nottingham 10K will start in Old Market Square and finish inside the grounds of Nottingham Castle.

Whether you're running a marathon, a 10K or completing your first ever 5K, you can join #TeamDKMS and help delete blood cancer! Every 20 minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with blood cancer. Often their best chance of survival is a blood stem cell transplant from a stranger – and that’s where you come in. The money you raise will add more potentially life-saving matches to the blood stem cell register and give more people with blood cancer a second chance at life.
