Working with younger disabled adults, from the age of 16, our services are: personal care and practical support in peoples own homes, support to gain and retain employment, accessibility and disability awareness guidance and national and local campaigning. Our vision is for an inclusive society with no barriers, just possibilities and we will do all that we can to achieve that! We believe in order to ensure an equal life, inclusion and accessibility for disabled people their needs and wishes should be at the heart of policy making and service delivery, both locally and nationally.

As an organisation our aim is that our approach and commitment ensures that all of our services deliver the outcomes that our customers, disabled people, tell us they want.
