If you sign up for a 5k or 10k, we would encourage you to raise £100 in sponsorship.
If you sign up for a half marathon, we would encourage you to raise £150 in sponsorship.
If you sign up for a marathon, we would encourage you to raise £200 in sponsorship.
All runners will receive a Coach Core running vest once you raise £50.
