upReach is an award-winning social mobility charity, working towards a single vision: a society in which everybody has an equal opportunity to realise their full career potential, regardless of social background. Founded in 2012, we support over 3,000 students from low income backgrounds to access and sustain top graduate jobs each year.
We achieve this mission through providing 1-to-1 career coaching, events and resources to eligible undergraduates across the UK - all for free. Working in close partnership with leading employers and universities, we empower these students to discover a variety of different career options, and develop the vital skills, networks and experiences needed to succeed in their chosen career and beyond.
In recognition of our dedication to supporting social mobility in the UK, upReach was awarded a prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise for “Promoting Opportunity” in 2021, and was declared “Medium-Sized Charity of the Year” at the Third Sector Awards 2022.
