11/08/23 - Emailed Emily my contact re membership & places invoice (HS)

16/08/23 - email received, Reiko has left the charity, updated finance email, Emily will chase payments (LO)

26/09/23 - email and both unpaid invoices sent for events (SF) - received email reply, HS added PO no.'s last week so payment should be with us very soon.

13/10/23 - email sent chasing invoicefor places (SF)

03/11/23 - email sent chasing £741 invoice for places (SF) Emailed to say it is on their next payment run (HS)

25/04/24 - Called casing event place invoie no answer (AJ)

26/04/24 Does not have a contact no for finance would have to email or ask AM to follow up

09/05/24 - Email sent reminder for invoice dating 15/03/24 have been unable to contact (AJ) +7 Weeks

15/08/24 - Setting up as new Supplier speak to Helen/Laura

05/09/24 - Left a VM for Tahera and also emailed again chasing the 4 outstanding invoices (HS)

21/10/24 - Emailed to book planning session of 2025 events. Got an OOO Tahera on mat leave. Contact will be Emily E.Winter@centrepoint.org (HS)

25/10/24 - Invoice for £240 PO added and Emily has sent it to finance to be paid (HS)

30/10/24 - Met with Emily and Bethany. Bethany will be looking after RFC and dropdown. Tried to explain everything to Bethany but she is struggling to understand RFC. Seems to understand dropdown. Gave advice on 2025 events and also recommended they push Leeds and Hackney again for 2025 after filling so many places this year (HS)

18/12/2025: Tahera has just come back from maternity leave so we will be catching up on all things RFC in January so she is back up to speed.
