MyBnk believes that every young person deserves a meaningful financial education.
MyBnk aims to empower young people aged between 5 – 25 years with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make informed financial decisions, manage their money effectively and prepare for independent living.
MyBnk delivers financial education workshops to two groups of young people across the UK 1.) Young people in schools 2.) Young adults most in need eg care leavers and those not in education, training or employment; Workshops provide young people with practical and relevant financial education to help them understand topics such as budgeting, saving, banking, debt management and more.
We also help young people become work ready by preparing young individuals for employability, managing a salary and workplace etiquette.
MyBnk empowers young people to take control of their financial futures, make informed decisions, and contribute positively to their communities and the economy. This is proven through our programme impact and evaluation data as well as MyBnk's research, that connects improved financial literacy with better social mobility.
