Mind in Tower in Hamlets and Newham

We are Mind in Tower in Hamlets and Newham a local, community-based mental health charity which provides vital support and advice to people living in the two boroughs. We exist so that anyone experiencing a mental health or emotional issue has a place to go and receive support. Over the last year alone we have provided a variety of services – including counselling, one-to-one, and group support – to over 3,500 people.
