Established in 1973, The Kaleidoscope Plus Group are a leading health and wellbeing charity based in Sandwell in the Midlands. Our team of dedicated mental health professionals work across the Midlands and beyond to promote and support positive health and wellbeing.

We provide a diverse range of services from a 24-hour text crisis support line and out of hours Sanctuary Hub, to residential and independent living services, counselling for all ages, suicide prevention services, bereavement support and a series of groups aimed at promoting inclusion, support, recovery, wellness and self-care. We also deliver a host of employee training courses such as wellbeing in the workplace and accredited Mental Health First Aid.
