Jane Tomlinson Appeal

The Jane Tomlinson Appeal is a legacy charity established by the late Jane Tomlinson CBE and her family.

Mum-of-three Jane completed a series of incredible endurance events, despite being diagnosed with incurable cancer. She aimed to show that people with cancer could still lead rewarding and fulfilling lives. Her endeavours raised £1.75m for causes close to her heart. Since her sad death in 2007, the total now raised through the Appeal and its sister event company, Run For All, stands at over £10m.

The Jane Tomlinson Appeal, which bears her name, aims to inspire people of all ages, from all walks of life, and of all abilities, to do something remarkable, too – by completing a personal challenge they might not have thought possible, while raising funds for charity.

The Appeal supports children and people living with cancer, through a number of projects including but not limited to:

Children’s Bereavement Service

Kinesiology Taping For People Living With Cancer

Mini Mermaids and Young Tritons

Research into the Early Detection of Breast Cancer
