East Cheshire Hospice cares for people living with life-limiting illnesses, placing our patients, their carers, and families at the heart of everything we do. Our expert medical treatment is just the beginning of the holistic care we have been providing to our community for the past 35 years.
Our services range from practical assistance to emotional and spiritual support, along with social and family services, counselling, complementary therapies, and much more.
We do not charge any of our patients or their families for staying with us or using our outpatient and support services. However, you might be surprised to discover that only 21% of our operational costs are covered by the government.
As a result, we must fundraise £9,362 every day to cover our expenses. This reality highlights the crucial importance of the generous support from our incredible community. It is their unwavering assistance that enables us to keep our doors open and continue providing our specialist care to those who need it most.
