Dynamic provides a range of services for children and young people with disabilities and their families from the County of Wrexham.
These include:
* After school activity sessions and holiday provision for those aged 8-19.
* The Dynamic Futures project for those aged 15-25, providing 1:1 and peer support to help them achieve their personal goals and
improve their independence skills.
* The Signing Sensations Choir, providing opportunities for young people to practise and perform in their local community.
* Regular parent support groups, outings and activities offering valuable peer support and new experiences for parents/carers.
* Training opportunities for parents/carers to help them learn more about their caring role and achieve their personal goals.
We are a small local charity that relies greatly on the generosity of others to help us deliver our services with an ever-expanding waiting list. Thank you for considering our charity for your fundraising efforts.
